This is a gorgeous book. It is by Ann Kingstone and has sixteen lace projects that all use Rowan yarn.
The book starts with an explanation of the ins and outs of lace knitting with clear diagrams showing exactly how to do the various stitches, using lifelines, magic loops, waste yarn cast on - everything you need to knit lace with confidence.
The projects include shawls, cardigans, sweaters, gloves, a headband, wraps,a vest and a shrug.
These are not simple knits but the instructions are copious and easy to follow. The instructions are both written and charted.
