West Yorkshire Spinners Goldfinch Socks

These are from the Birds range in West Yorkshire Spinners Country Collection of socks. 
They are called Goldfinch and are in shades of fawn, gold, red and grey . They are made from  Blue Faced Leicester wool with a small addition of lycra and elastane to give stretch. Each pair is unique and they come in two sizes. Medium  UK 6 - 8  ( US 8 -9.5)  and Large UK 7 -11 (US 8 - 12).
 They are taller than an ankle sock, I think boot sock would describe them best!
